Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Mama Shelter Bordeaux pour son accueil chaleureux après une grosse galère de train. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de bonne humeur et de professionnalisme, aussi bien par l’équipe de la réception que par celle du restaurant. Déjeuner sur place avec des plats délicieux ! Mention toute particulière à Valentin, dont l’énergie, le sourire et l’implication ont vraiment fait la différence. Son sens de l’accueil est exemplaire et a transformé une journée compliquée en une très belle expérience. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

We had dinner at Mama Shelter Bordeaux and the experience was very mixed. Upon arrival, we were ahead of schedule. We asked if it would be possible to be seated at our table and have a drink and a charcuterie board before ordering our food, which was initially agreed upon. However, when it came time to order, our server, Maïssa, refused this request without any real explanation. So we ordered our food directly. Throughout the evening, we also encountered a problem with a speaker located right next to our table. The volume was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation. Several people, as well as customers seated nearby, complained about it. We repeatedly asked our server to turn the volume down, but she never did anything about it. Finally, we asked another member of staff who resolved the issue immediately. Unfortunately, the volume was turned up again later in the evening. When we asked Maïssa again if it was possible to reduce the portion size, her response was particularly unpleasant, and we felt like we were being brushed off. Finally, the dishes arrived in several stages, which is never very pleasant when dining with a group. It's a shame, because despite these numerous negative points regarding the service and atmosphere, the food was good and the quality of the cuisine was excellent.

After tricky journey into centre no help parking and at arrival no help with luggage at all ! Overpriced for a very small room that had very basic furnishing . Basic products and view of stairwell...
