Located in the heart of the JOST Hotel Bordeaux, Nonna Gioia is an Italian restaurant that showcases authentic, generous, and entirely homemade cuisine. Every day, the Italian chef prepares an all-you-can-eat buffet inspired by the great culinary traditions of Italy, using fresh produce and recipes made on-site.

From Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 2pm, the restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat buffet where everyone can create their own meal according to their preferences. Antipasti, grilled vegetables, focaccia, burrata, fresh pasta, simmered dishes, and homemade desserts make up a buffet that is refreshed daily, offering a true immersion in Italian cuisine.

In the warmer months, Nonna Gioia takes to the rooftops of JOST Bordeaux every evening. From sunset onwards, the panoramic terrace welcomes guests with an à la carte menu showcasing classic Italian dishes: burrata, focaccia, sharing platters, antipasti, signature cocktails, Spritz, and Italian wines, all in a convivial atmosphere with views of Bordeaux.

Beyond its restaurant, Nonna Gioia also assists businesses and groups in organizing their events. Cocktail lunch and dinner packages are available upon request for seminars, after-work gatherings, birthdays, private parties, or corporate events. Group bookings, including outside of regular opening hours, can also be arranged upon request to create fully customized experiences.
