  Don't miss this innovative food experience!!! From the minute we were greeted at the door by the owner - she made us feel welcome and was the perfect balance between friendly and professional. The 6 course menu @€60 was some of the most delicious and well presented food we experienced in France. The fact that you have no idea what you will be served next is part of the whole overall experience... every dish was a winner. Don't hesitate - book now and enjoy.

  Cadillac is a small walled city with charm and history. Options for fine dining are limited. Ada is clearly a passion project for Alexandre and Gerie and achieves better food than similar meals we had in Paris. It is clearly a standout in Cadillac and a must stop if you are in town. The food is excellent and the presentation well done. The restaurant could use some embellishment to set the mood. Interior is a bit sterile, but the food does the talking here. We did the 6 course tasting menu and enjoyed the surprises of the dishes that were brought out. Quality is high and only fresh local ingredients are used. Preparation and presentation are excellent. Highly recommend!

  Really outstanding local restaurant with beautifully presented refined food that is also so tasty! One of my favorite restaurants in the whole of Bordeaux. I am a food and wine guide in the area for over 30 years. Refreshingly different using all of the local and seasonal products.
