Signature dishes include: cauliflower mousse with Oscietra caviar and Beluga vodka; " Le Pépin de Raisin" (The Grape Seed): hake confit in grape seed oil with bergamot and elderflower on the Grain Noble menu ; and "L'Arile Calcaire" (The Clay-Limestone): Beluga lentils, tomme cheese with flowers, and Pedro Ximénez wine on the vegetarian menu. The wine pairings prominently feature the Sauternes 1er Grand Cru Classé 1855 produced on the estate.

Three dining options are available: the Promenade Sauternaise menu at €59 for lunch (starter, main course, dessert), an accessible option for a first experience; the Grain Noble menu, the signature gastronomic experience; and the vegetarian menu, crafted with the same high standards.
