  A disgusting and uncomfortable experience. Last year, I gave my partner a gift voucher, which she used today. At the end of the treatment, the manager for the day explained to my partner that she had to pay because the voucher had already been used under the name of a certain Mrs. B. I learned the news when my partner returned this evening. It was a 100-minute voucher, and she had only used 50 minutes today. How can we prove our good faith? We simply have to accept this person's unilateral decision. Aside from the financial value of this gift, there is also the moral value. I therefore advise against using any gift vouchers in this establishment, both in substance and in form. You are deemed dishonest and guilty of double use based solely on the decision of this woman, who is unable to say who (yes, a certain Mrs. B.) and when this voucher was used. This is simply unacceptable. For my part, I have proof of purchase as well as a gift certificate presented today by my partner. On the other hand, there's no accounting or other documentation, just that Mrs. B. had already come with this certificate or this certificate number before. The relationship of trust is broken. This was at least the fifth or sixth time I've given this type of gift, and it's clearly the last. I won't hesitate to express all the negative things I think about this episode. A reputation isn't just about a place or a service; it's also about etiquette and values. Good luck to my future customers.
