    • Just 15 minutes from Saint-Emilion , Château La Rose Perrière is one of the oldest properties in the Lussac Saint-Émilion appellation. With its 14 hectares, our human-sized property has turned to wine tourism, offering visits, stays and seminars to share its expertise, its passion for the land and its idyllic setting.

The castle opens its doors to enthusiasts for tours of its vineyard, cellar and gardens.
The visits are followed by a tasting.

There are several tour and workshop options:

      • Oak: in addition to the Discovery tour, you will learn all the secrets of making our barrels
      • Blending Immersion Workshops: Become a winemaker during this immersive workshop where you'll try your hand at the art of wine blending. You'll taste different grape varieties and then, equipped with test tubes and pipettes, create your own vintage—one that will delight your palate.

      An exceptional green setting

The owner Jean-Luc Sylvain 's taste for aesthetics can be found even in the garden that adorns the property. With more than 200 plants and flowers that vary with the seasons, the gardens have been designed in a French style. At Château La Rose Perrière, the gardens are like paintings where we find harmonies, contrasts, balances that enhance the vineyard.

A vineyard that blends into its environment

We are proud to have obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE) operating certification !

We launched this approach because we firmly believe that the vineyard must be integrated into an environment for the well-being of the vines, the people and the site. To go even further in its approach, Château La Rose Perrière has launched its conversion to organic farming and will be certified in 2023. This conversion is the realization of a philosophy anchored in our practices for many years.

Wines of character produced with passion and precision

Lussac Saint-Émilion, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux Blanc or Bordeaux Rosé, these are the appellations that you can taste at Château La Rose Perrière. All our wines are produced with a signature representing our "ideal of wine". Our work lies in the understanding and mastery of our terroir. We strive to harvest late so that the maturity of the grapes is sublimated by the freshness that the terroir gives it. Our Merlots ripen without ever overripe. It is thanks to our know-how that we are able to produce high quality wines with a true identity.

Stayed for 2 nights. In short, everything was perfect. I'm going to miss this place. As soon as I visited, they gave me a winery tour, and I was very grateful that they gave me a lot of conversation, introduction time, and wine tasting for a total of 2 hours. It was a great time to understand Chateau la perriere, and the wine was very delicious and high quality. The view from the bathroom in the Versanne room was as good or better than the picture, clean and of high quality. When I took a shower in the morning, I felt like a noble person. The bedroom was cozy and had great interior details. There was nothing to blame. The breakfast served every morning was also very delicious and I was full. If you ever happen to visit the Saint-Emilion area, be sure to visit. It's more than you could imagine. They were so kind and I leave with good memories. Thank you.
