Just 40 minutes from Bordeaux, Château Guiraud welcomes you to discover its certified organic vineyard, the first Grand Cru Classé in Bordeaux in 1855 to obtain this certification. Surrounded by forests and biodiversity, the estate covers 128 hectares in the heart of Sauternes, in a protected environment.

The château is open year-round, 7 days a week (from April to mid-November), including public holidays, and 6 days a week the rest of the year. The team of wine tour guides speaks French and English to best assist you.

During your visit, you will be able to taste the estate's four wines:

• Château Guiraud, 1er Grand Cru Classé 1855, an emblematic sweet wine of Sauternes
• Petit Guiraud, a lighter and more accessible expression of Sauternes
• G de Château Guiraud, a fruity and lively dry white wine
• Le Grand Vin Blanc Sec, an elegant and sophisticated wine for gastronomy

Our tour packages, starting from €15:

• Flash Tasting : Classic for a tasting of three wines, or Premium for a tasting of all four wines, without a visit - without a reservation.
• The Essential Guiraud : a concise presentation (in 45 min) to understand the history of the castle, its agroecological practices, followed by a tasting of the four wines of the property.
• The Guiraud Odyssey (in small groups or privately): an in-depth experience (in 1.5 hours) to understand the history of the estate, its environmental commitments, followed by a tasting of the four wines of the property.
• The Immersion : a gourmet break with lunch at La Chapelle de Guiraud, our bistronomic restaurant in the heart of the vineyard, followed by a visit to "The Guiraud Odyssey"
• Food & wine pairings : "Guiraud & Chocolate" or "Guiraud & Caviar", to explore original combinations.
• Outdoor activities : bike ride, outdoor games like Molkky under the linden trees accompanied by a tasting, large park for children with insect hotels to observe, organic juice and coloring while the parents enjoy the tasting.
