  Fantastic and memorable stay at the Mondrian. Really great location, easy 10 min walk to different tram lines. 20 min walk from the public gardens. We got upgraded to a really spacious suite, tastefully decorated. The staff are all really helpful and warm, in particular the concierge desk, Camille. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  Having come to work in the bar/restaurant area with other members of my entrepreneurial group, I was initially impressed by the place but then disappointed by the nonexistent customer service. Paying last, I was forced to pay for drinks none of us had ordered. The cashier was convinced there was no table mix-up or anything like that, even though after a quick poll among our group, the error clearly lay with the establishment. They promised to get back to me, but didn't keep their promise, offered no compensation, and didn't even acknowledge that the mistake might have been theirs. For a place of this caliber, offering even a credit note would have been appreciated, but nothing. I don't recommend it and won't be going back; there are so many other places of this type that are truly professional and genuinely care about each of their customers.
