Great dog-friendly beach. Ample free car parking. Some bunkers on the beach provide a reminder of the wartime past, but they're slowly being swallowed by the sand. Gets busy with campers during tourist season, and has a popular surf school and a few little catering huts (e.g. pizzas) and a couple of bars that are open during the summer months. Beaches are massive so are never crowded. Really lovely place and I'm grateful to have it on my doorstep throughout the year!
Such a lovely beach! Experienced one of the nicest sunsets of my life. Conditions are great for surfing. 🌅

This beach is very beautiful with high waves. Fantastic for bodyboarding. You can enter the bunkers from the Second World War. Be careful.
