OUR HISTORY

WHO ARE WE ?

It all began in 2021, in the small kitchen of a seaside village. Pepite makes and bakes homemade cookies, based on recipes developed by the family, for the enjoyment of gourmets!

Today, production is managed by passionate pastry chefs and the concept is simple:

Pepite responds to a growing consumption of homemade cookies in France.

The market is currently experiencing a return to its roots, through which craftsmanship, the authenticity of recipes, the choice of raw materials and the sincere enthusiasm of the pastry chefs who produce them are expressed.

Our customers express a desire to identify with a strong and comforting DNA, driven by genuine bursts of laughter and genuine moments of happiness. Pepite refers to these spontaneous and warm moments, which we share with everyone.

We quickly understood the persuasive power of a relatable brand identity. Pepite tells the story of a vibrant life, marked by the colors of our childhood memories. We hope this is a refreshing, sunny, naive, and poetic evocation.

Our recipes are all signed Pepite, studied internally and validated by the family.

• Our production is 100% artisanal, made by experienced pastry chefs, from our laboratory located between Bordeaux and Cap Ferret

• Pepite develops unique know-how with more than 15 ingredients per cookie and ice cream recipe
• Our raw materials are of high quality, sourced 74% in France and 36% in Europe.

• Our chocolates come from Cacao Barry and Weiss.
• The secret lies in cooking the food to a crispy texture on the outside and a soft, melting, almost raw texture on the inside.
• Our cookies are baked throughout the day to maintain this unique texture for all our customers.
