  Good crew Lovely place about 5 minutes from the beach. Great pool, aqua play area, restaurant. Right across the road from cycle tracks through forests around lac hourtin. Just down the road from a group of shops, bars, and restaurants. #ramblingstampcollectors

  Fabulous site loads, going on and pool was amazing. Shower blocks are immaculate. 2 areas to improve in our opinion; power points can be a long way from the pitches, make sure you have a really long power supply or you may be stuck. The only other change site is large and could do with a more loungy type bar for a drink during the day/evening if you weren't dining then going out for a drink on site was not really an option. Hourtin itself is lovely, few shops and restaurants but would recommend being able to access a car to visit nearby towns on the coast and around the lake.

  Positives: Great location in the pines short walk to the beach and restaurants, friendly helpful staff, clean sanitaires. Négatives: no privacy on pitches, large group next to us who were v loud singing and shouting, route to sanitaires was blocked by tents so had a long walk to get there, campsite restaurant was not attractive, looked like a cafeteria with a poor outlook so we didn't eat there, pool v kid focussed and no good for swimming.
