  This beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place was a true discovery. The dishes are refined, balanced, and full of wonderful discoveries, especially the starters and desserts. A wonderful experience at a very reasonable price, considering the contents of the plates. A big thank you for this wonderful experience, and congratulations to the entire team.

  There are tables where each plate embraces a role larger than just nourishment: they become language, a deciphering of beauty, fragments of hermeneutics destined to fade as soon as they are tasted. Here, the opening was masterful with the "Louise," a sunny, flambéed cocktail, both theatrical and deeply sincere: a favorite that leaves a lasting impression. The culinary journey continues with boldly constructed dishes: desserts that dare to reinvent rice in a quest for transcendence. This attempt to take the pudding to new heights, however, remains suspended, unfinished, like a sentence left hanging in the air. The veal breast, moreover, demonstrates perfect cooking, but the chosen cut—with an unbalanced fat-to-meat ratio—proved to be a limitation the kitchen could have anticipated. The overly salty side dish accentuated this impression. The whole, however, remains an interesting experience, with an honest quality-price ratio, a house that dares, that seeks, and sometimes touches grace. There are restaurants where the plate transcends nourishment and becomes language—an act of hermeneutics of beauty, ephemeral by nature, vanishing the instant it is savored. Here, the curtain rose with brilliance: the “Louise,” a flambéed cocktail as luminous as it was audacious, left a lasting impression—a true favorite. The culinary journey unfolded through daring compositions: desserts aspiring to elevate humble rice into celestial realms. Yet this ambition, noble though it was, felt unfinished—a pursuit suspended mid-thought. The veal breast, meanwhile, was executed with technical precision, yet the chosen cut—with its disproportionate fat-to-meat ratio—damped the promise; a more discerning review at the source would have been warranted. The garnish, excessively salty, further clouded the harmony. Still, the overall experience was compelling, the value fair, and above all, the spirit of a house that dares, experiments, and at times brushes the sublime.
