  If you don't accept a bank card in these times and ask for amounts of more than 300 euros in cash as a deposit, then you clearly don't want any customers. Very unfriendly service and very unprofessional. Definitely look for another competitor if you want to rent a boat, SUP, or similar.

  A great experience for exploring the lake: unlike other rental companies that restrict you to a specific area, this one allows you to paddle along the shore and cover a good portion of the lake. However, the welcome was cold, almost disinterested. Payment was also complicated since they don't accept credit cards. And most importantly, the kayaks weren't very clean: we found live spiders inside. A simple rinse with a hose before each rental would easily solve the problem and make the experience much more pleasant.
