  Absolutely awful. They take the money fraudulently. They nitpick over every little detail. They gave me a faulty boat. Terrible experience. They ruined my vacation. I do not recommend them.

  Sea Fly is highly recommended for sailing on Lake Hourtin. The welcome is warm and the staff very friendly. They take the time to explain the boats so you can get a smooth start. I recommend it.

  0/5 OUT OF PRICE A very disappointing experience. The reception was disrespectful and unprofessional even on the phone, and unfortunately, that didn't deter us… The fuel gauges weren't working when we left, making it impossible to check our fuel consumption ourselves. Upon returning the car, we refilled the tank manually from a jerrycan, with the price per liter significantly higher than the actual cost. When we asked for explanations or details, the answers were vague and nonchalant, as if it were all perfectly normal. The result: a final fuel bill of €230 without an official receipt. It clearly feels like the system is designed to make the customer pay more than they actually used. First and, most importantly, LAST time with them.
